Store use

Orders

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery limitations or legal requirements. Where payment has been captured for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges and discounts, where applicable, are shown during checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.

To the extent permitted by law, HeadTrixx is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery events outside reasonable control, misuse of a product, failure to follow label directions or undisclosed sensitivities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
